TORONTO, OCTOBER 2023 – SK Films is proud to announce their award-winning eco-adventure series, The Water Brothers, is returning for Season Five with six new episodes premiering Thursday, November 2nd at 9:00 p.m. on TVO.
Canada’s favorite water ambassadors Alex and Tyler Mifflin are back and taking viewers on a journey to investigate some of the most pressing environmental challenges facing us today and highlight solutions that can help better protect our most precious resource.
The action-packed episodes will open your eyes to the issues facing our oceans and shared, freshwater ecosystems and how we can work together to solve them. Join the brothers as they explore Canada’s biodiverse wetlands, descend into one of the deepest mines in the world to find the world’s oldest water, get surrounded by polar bears and a herd of over 3,000 caribou on the shores of Hudson Bay and uncover the dangers of “forever chemicals” that have contaminated sources of drinking water around the world.

The Water Brothers premieres on Thursday evenings at 9 pm from November 2nd through December 7th on TVO and is also available online on TVO Docs YouTube and other TVO streaming services at the same time.
